2 bedroom 1 bath 1 car garage brick fixer uppper home with sun room on the rear and large back yard shop building with roll-up shop door on the alley, also a small storage building.  Central heat refrigerated air, good looking roof, no visible water damage on ceilings.  Someone loved this home, but it has ben vacant for some time and needs some TLC, has been trashed on the inside of both the house and the shop building, I suspect damage was done by squatters. The hot tub in the back yard is probably inoperative and deck beside it is falling down.
